Peaches, tomatoes, and okra!

Hello friends,

We are going to be back at the Tractor Supply today with vegetables. Our regular CSA season is over, but we have plenty of to sell. We will be offering bulk discounts on tomatoes, cucumbers, and potatoes for canning, pickling, and storage. We also have onions, okra and sweet peppers available. And Loring peaches! We picked at an orchard in Arkansas yesterday. They are excellent.

We will be at the Tractor Supply parking lot from 5:00-6:00pm today. If you want any bulk items, please email us so that we can box them up for you ahead of time.

Last CSA delivery of the season

Well, this is week number 15, our last regular vegetable delivery of the season. It has been a good run. We will be out of town next week, but may be do a tomato/potato/peppers/okra delivery the following week. We will keep you posted.

This week’s delivery will be similar to the last one: choice of okra or green beans, some corn, a pepper or two and free choice bag of tomatoes, potatoes, onions, squash, cukes, beets, cabbage and eggplant.

We will be bringing plenty of tomatoes and some extra corn as well. Call ahead or show up at 5:00 if you want corn. Today was our last picking of the season.

Independence Day

Hello Friends,

Tomorrow is the day before the 4th! The perfect time to stock up on roasting ears and home grown tomatoes for your celebration.

We will be bringing a pick-up load of sweet corn and alot of tomatoes to town with us tomorrow. Our corn this year is a triple-sweet, bicolor, non-gmo variety called Providence.

0.50 cents an ear

4 bushels for $80.00

Also we have alot of nice tomatoes. 2.00/lb or 20 lb for $30.00.

This week’s CSA share will include:

4 ears of corn
1 cantaloupe or honey dew
choice of okra or green beans
1 sweet pepper
and 5 lbs self serve choice of: tomatoes, potatoes, onions, squash, cucumbers, cabbage, beets, carrots, eggplant and basil.

Sweet Corn and Tomatoes!

Bristow delivery today! We will be bringing the first sweet corn of the season, along with tomatoes, squash, onions, potatoes, peppers, and eggplant. Sweet corn was picked this afternoon, 50¢ per ear for this week. We will start selling by the bushel next week.

We are at the tractor supply for another 30 minutes! We have tomatoes, squash, cucumbers, onions, potatoes, beets, carrots, cabbage, peppers, green beans, and eggplant.

Hello Friends,

For those of you planning on coming out to the farm tour and lawn party this evening, it is looking like quite the rainy day. If it were only a passing shower this morning and we thought we could count on a dry evening, we would go ahead as scheduled. As it stands, we are posponing until next Sunday evening.
